We spend almost a third of our lives sleeping. That is the reason why Best Bun Beds is happy to provide you with some advice, in order to help you sleep better in a bed or even a hostel bunk bed.
Avoid electronic devices before you go to sleep: these devices create blue lights that will stimulate your brain and prevent you from falling asleep quickly. It is better for you to turn off these devices an hour beforehand. Otherwise we recommend the Night Shift mode on the iPhone or the blue light filter on Android. This will reduce blue lights and therefore help you to sleep better.
Do not eat too much: Digestion takes place during sleep, so you should eat lightly, preferring fish to meat, for instance.
Obviously avoid caffeine, tea, and energy drinks: some people are more sensitive than others, in any case, it is advisable to stop drinking coffee at 4 p.m. From that time on, you can replace it with herbal tea.
Have regular schedules: try to have the same one. Go to bed and wake up at the same time even on weekends.
