Both mattress frames are manufactured from strengthened steel and incorporate welded mesh platforms. The open construction supports ventilation beneath the mattresses while simplifying routine cleaning and inspection.
The lower tier accepts a standard 3ft mattress between approximately 4 and 6 inches deep. The upper mattress should not exceed 6 inches to preserve the required effective height of the guard rails.
The standard frame is available in black or ivory. Alternative RAL powder-coated finishes can be quoted for project orders of ten or more units.
