We have taken the best of our Mother Company's experience in a Hostel Industry and created a truly universal range of beds and accessories. Our commercial heavy-duty bunk beds ranges include a variety of options: ladder handing, various standard colours, 2'6'' and 3' wide models for every occasion in combination with certain types of commercial mattresses. Most of the bunk beds are manufactured with a special leg bar or a wall bracket in order to be fixed/ bolted to the floor/ wall ensuring maximum durability and life span
Once we've finished a process of discussing and agreeing on technical specifications, colours, lead times etc., we start manufacturing Products. It takes couple to several weeks to get raw materials and to manufacture the order, depending on the complexity of Project, Product ranges, amounts. Our Military quality bunk bed ranges, density foam waterproof mattresses and plain sheet underbed lockers being manufactured from scratch adapting it to actual Project and requirements.
As soon as the order is ready for despatch, goods are being packed and palletised to protect them during the transit. Our third-party Logistics partners organise a door-to-door delivery to anywhere in the world on our behalf and we keep the control on the process from a collection and upon the final delivery. Since 2011 our bespoke UK-made contract bunk beds, mattresses and lockers been delivered to more than 700 businesses in the United Kingdom, Germany, Iceland, France, United States, Switzerland, Baltic States, Croatia, and Scandinavian countries.
Our beds come with 1-year manufacturing guarantee and designed to last for decades within tough conditions. Due to module standards in manufacturing, most of the beds can adapt some amendments or extra-options even after they been delivered and used for a while: top curtain frames and curtain poles along with hand-made curtains, storage solutions, power outlets or wall brackets can increase the comfort and a level of privacy. Most of bed elements (guard rails, ladders) can be manufactured and replaced without replacing a whole bed.
